**NEW LISTING** Welcome to your Palm Springs retreat! Tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac, this cozy home is just 8 minutes from downtown. The backyard is a private oasis with a pool, spa, BBQ with a fridge, and stunning mountain views. High hedges ensure privacy while you relax and unwind. With four spacious bedrooms— a rare find in the city— and two full bathrooms, there's plenty of room to enjoy. Whether you're lounging poolside or exploring the city, this is the perfect spot for your getaway!

OUTDOOR SPACES
The private backyard is designed for both relaxation and fun. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool (pool basketball and volleyball nets provided), unwind in the spa (heated at no extra charge!), or soak up the stunning mountain views from the poolside lounge area. Fire up the grill in the outdoor BBQ kitchen and enjoy meals in the covered dining space, perfect for gathering with friends and family. The backyard is lined with privacy hedges, creating a secluded oasis, while the grassy front and side yard provide extra space to relax or play. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $85 per day and must be reserved for the entirety of your stay.

INDOOR SPACES
Inside, the open and airy layout is designed for comfort and entertainment. The living room features two full-size sleeper sofas and a foosball table, creating the perfect spot for game nights or lounging. The dining area offers plenty of space to enjoy meals together, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious dishes, from stainless steel appliances to cookware and essentials. The host was great and the property was as listed. The neighborhood was very quiet, almost too quiet when you have teenagers. The location was close to downtown but not too close.
