Great place to stay! We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The beds are very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Thanks for the coffee! One important note: if you have babies or little kids the train that runs through town can be loud at night.
This is a great house, so convenient, clean and spacious. The layout is nice too - plenty of room to spread out or hang out as a group. We did bring our dog and it was perfect. There aren't a lot of pet friendly options in Mena. It was also so nice to be a few minutes from the park as we had our daughter as well. We will be back!
The house was very clean and there was plenty of room. The host answered my questions quickly. We came in for a funeral so we had some family stop by and had plenty of room to gather after the funeral. Definitely would recommend
This home was the cutest. It was very clean and well kept. It had room for all of us. The check in/out process was very easy. We did enjoy the hot tub and OMG the couch and the beds were so comfy! I will definitely consider this home for our next trip to Mena.
The house was wonderfully clean and well-appointed. We enjoyed the proximity to Janssen Park with our toddler. Will definitely stay again when we come back to check out the bike park!
Location and house were great! Very clean and host had great communication. For those traveling with pets the yard is not fully fenced, our dogs won’t wonder so it was fine but that was the only minor thing from our stay!! Thank you again and would stay again!
Great location in center of town. The house is as pictured. Very nice and updated. It was nice having a tv in all the bedrooms. Check-in and check-out process very easy. We had a great experience. Thank you!
This was a comfortable place to stay in Mena. Close to restaurants and stores. Nice neighborhood. Beautiful park a few blocks away for the kids to play. 5 minutes from some hiking trails in the National Forest. Hot tub was relaxing in the evenings! Great hosts. Good communication.
This house was perfect to stay in for our business trip to Mena. The house was located not too far from Highway 71. The description of the house is accurate, and the host had everything we needed for our stay. They do have a privacy fence so you’re able to have privacy while using their property amenities (hot tub & fire pit). The check in & out process was easy & convenient.
My family stayed the weekend to visit UARM. I have 3 teenagers so I need plenty of room. This home was very clean, lots of room and had everything needed for a home away from home. There is a TV in every room, WI-FI, and a few games we played since we had rain. Cute house in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to everything. We had no issues with a smooth check in and check out. We will stay here again!
We were four adults (wife, our two adult sons, and me + two dogs) on a weekend trip to hike the Black Fork Mountain Trail. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and well kept. It was well supplied with everything we needed. Everyone had their own bedroom with large beds and overall house was spacious and nicely decorated. It even had a hot tub which was nice after an 8-hour hike!! The only drawback was that there was a fire ban in place, so we didn't get to enjoy the nice fire pit and sitting area (as much). Kudos to our host, Riley Johnson, on a very nice property!!!
We had a wonderful stay. The home was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was very convenient, with easy access to everything we needed during our trip. The house was also thoughtfully furnished and well appointed, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bedrooms were comfortable, the common areas were welcoming, and the overall space felt like a home away from home.We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. Thank you for a great experience!
What a great place to call home while visiting the Ouachita Mountains. Walking in I noticed and appreciated the subtle and soothing decor; clean lines and tastefully decorated. The home was very clean. There are three bedrooms, a bathroom, living area, dining room, and even a dedicated office downstairs, and upstairs is another restroom and a very large game room where a sofa could turn into another bedroom area. The kitchen was amply stocked with dishes and anything you need to cook. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and lotion; Immaculately kept. The neighborhood is very quiet, and we loved that it was mere blocks from downtown Mena and even closer was a large park. The park had a walking trail, pond with ducks, play area, splash pad, and benches. Very serene. While we did encounter an issue with the hot tub (air bubble from heavy thunderstorm), the owner was prompt with communication and expedited repairs. I notified owners at 10:30 pm and by 8:00 am had someone out here. By 10:00 am it was working. It never posed a problem nor would it prevent us from returning.
