Beautiful Hokie home .5 half mile from the entrance to Lane Stadium and 1 mile to downtown Blacksburg. Large, flat backyard. Lighted, covered carport with grill. Use of Hokie bar and yard games upon request. Sleeps 10 guests: 2nd floor primary bedroom with king bed and en suite. Two 2nd floor bedrooms with double beds and shared bathroom. First floor guest bedroom with queen bed and shared bathroom with optional recreation room queen sofa sleeper. 2 car maximum parking in driveway with on street parking in the front. Please note: This is our primary residence and is furnished as such. Closets and drawers will be full. Kitchen is fully stocked and available for full use, including spices, cooking utensils, two refrigerators, and all dishes. We provide all linens: sheets, towels, and paper products. As this is our primary residence, we expect treatment of our home as you would your own. All locked doors (office and closet) are off limits to renters. Be aware if allergies, we have a dog but clean well prior to each rental. We do not allow any pets with rental. Quiet hours in Blacksburg are from 10pm until 8am, all outside noise must cease at 10pm. We respect our neighbors and the quiet street. Blacksburg Police have strict enforcement of these rules and any fines incurred are the responsibility of the renter.
