Perfect location and beautiful, well equipped beach home! We really enjoyed our stay and found everything we needed. The home was very clean and was stocked with items most rentals do not have( storage containers, garbage bags, laundry detergent and even some spices and oils). The beds were comfortable as well as the sofa and chairs. We cook a lot and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The short walk across the street to beach access was great lugging beach chairs and grandkids. We would definitely rent again!

Perfect beach house!

We had a wonderful, week long stay at Emily’s property. Her communication was excellent. The kitchen was fully stocked, and all the beds were so comfortable. Our group of 5 had ample space. We will stay again next time we’re in St. George!

Great time!

Beautiful property with good views of the ocean despite not being ocean front. It is a 2 min walk to the beach via the Public access. Communication with host was difficult but once we got settled in no issues.

Hi Marcus, I’m so glad you enjoyed the property and your stay. The location is one of the major reasons why we love the property! On the night of your arrival, I had a dinner party for my daughter’s birthday so that was what contributed to the 1 hour 50 minute delay in responding to you. And then your second request for the wifi code at 12:15am, i responded within 1.5 hours. The wifi code is also available in the welcome information on the listing. I’m sorry for the difficult communication, but overall glad you enjoyed your stay.

Great, relaxing group trip

A crew of us came from Atlanta, Athens, Jacksonville, and Philly to enjoy this beautiful home. It was a perfect location for a little wintertime beach getaway (in general, underrated), with beach access steps away but plenty of space to spread out and relax in the house. Expect lots of thoughtful touches like an electric kettle, sturdy and varied glassware, indoor shower supplies, and ample seating to park on the front deck. We had a really magical time connecting with each other and ourselves in this home and hope to make a repeat visit one of these days!

We have stayed at this property two times now and absolutely love it. The house is very clean, bright and newly renovated with great views out the almost wall of windows along the front. The living room furniture and bed are super comfy and the kitchen accommodating. We love sitting in the rocking chairs on the expansive front porch and just watching the ocean and walkers and golf carts go by. There is also a shady covered area for the hotter hours. The access to the beach across the street is so close and easy. Emily was a very attentive and responsive host and we definitely recommend this property.

Peaceful and Perfect

We really enjoyed our week at Good Vibes Hi Tides. The location and view of the Golf from the upper deck was incredible. Comfy beds, soft and new linens and cushy Kate Spade towels. The decor was beachy and modern. A couple things would have made it even better, such as, being able to open the windows rather than putting on the AC. Being able to go to sleep hearing the waves would have been dreamy. We were unable to open the windows and there were no screens. But the AC did work wonderfully cooling down the place. Providing a beach umbrella, beach towels, chairs and cooler would be very useful, especially for those guests unable to bring their own, especially if they were flying in. The newly remodeled showers and kitchen were lovely. Overall, our stay was perfect. Emily was a gracious host and responded back promptly when we contacted her. Thank you for having us! We would absolutely stay here again.
