New construction home with updated decor and nice small pool. Ample size for our family of 6. Great location and walking distance to restaurants and beach. Also very dog friendly. The only issue we had was with the A/C air handler coil freezing over. Maintenance was quick to respond but there was a lot of water that leaked out into the 2nd floor flooring as well as the ceiling on the first floor. At check in we noticed previous water stains in the ceiling so probably not the first time this has occurred. Once this issue was fixed, the remainder of the stay was great!

The house was beautiful and clean. Had a small issue with the door and they responded right away and it was fixed in less than an hour. Everyone was nice and professional. Will stay here again. Thanks.
