Please do not mix the items that belong to different floors (dishes, pillows, blankets, etc.). Leave the house as neat as you found it. Thanks!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please refrain from food, oils and staining drinks in bedrooms. We do not allow popsicles, and we discourage guests from cracking crabs inside.
Please leave the sand or stones from the beach outside the house, use the hose outside to rinse off sandy feet

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We had plenty of room and we were a 5 minute drive from the beach. The house was spotless and everything was brand new.

Chad was a great host. The house was clean and had all the stuff we would need on a trip. Close to food lion incase you need something. Overall, great property, great host and enjoyed the stay!

I have a lot of damages to the towel, and linen due to black hair coloring , The closet door to the kids room is broken, all furniture has been touched or moved, that was double of the number of people that the guest , paid for or reported I am asking for 250.00 for the damages
