Booking the entire cottage (top and bottom floor) is possible. The entire cottage includes the 3br 2ba of this listings PLUS a separate, single level living space with a kitchenette, king bedroom, full bathroom, and full outdoor area access with an additional outdoor shower. The downstairs apt is perfect for extended family, folks with mobility limitations, or just extra space. To add the apartment to your booking, it is $100/night extra in the summer months and $75-95 extra in the shoulder/off-season. There is also an additional $75 cleaning fee.

Located in the heart of Gallery Row, around milepost 9.5, this cozy cottage is exactly what you're looking for. The outdoor amenities include a fenced in backyard with a covered patio, outdoor shower, and a spectacular indoor/outdoor kitchen and bar area.

Pups are welcome at a rate of $75 per dog. Would like to keep it to no more than 2 pups at a time.

The downstairs apartment may occupied by other renters enjoying their vacation as well.
