Not well stocked

The house was good and clean and the neighborhood was good. But since the property was right on the main road, it was very noisy at night. The house was not well stocked for a family of four staying for four days. We didn’t have enough towels, I had to buy towels. There were only two mugs for tea and the house didn’t have enough dishes! The bathrooms didn’t have mats, so when we came out of shower, the floor would all get wet. Otherwise the house was pretty spacious and beautiful!

Thank you for your review and for staying with us. We're glad you found the house beautiful, spacious, and in a great neighborhood. We do want to clarify that our home is always well-maintained and thoughtfully stocked. Each room is provided with three towels, including body towels, and there are additional towels in the bathrooms. We also supply a sufficient number of mugs and dishes for our guests, and bathroom mats are placed in each bathroom. We aim to provide a comfortable and welcoming stay while also managing supplies responsibly, as we've unfortunately had instances where items like towels go missing after check-out. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to ensure all guests have a great experience.
