Joe’s home was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub, kids loved all of the games the house was stocked with. The kitchen was was attractive and well-equipped, lacking nothing. Friendly, quiet neighborhood - plenty of deer and wild turkeys to entertain us.

Communication with host was very easy and fast response. House was clean. Having the game room was awesome especially for a rainy day. Location was great for other things to do around town. No AC, but it was bearable. ramp is very steep so keep that in mind if you are using a wheelchair. Definitely looking into coming back next year.

Very congenial host. Responded to all my questions. Very good rental. Spacious and clean. Lots of things to canoes Cusco’s. Ping pong table pool table fuseball table. Good WiFi. Convenient to clubhouse and big community pool. Bingo was terrific. Church nearby.

Our stay was great. Air conditioning would have helped on the humid days. The house description included that it was handicap accessible. Ramp is too steep, no handrails in the bathrooms, and also no handrail leading to the sunken living room.

We had a great long weekend celebrating a 50th birthday. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed afternoons in the hot tub and evenings by the fire pit or by the fire in the living room. Beds were comfortable. Will definitely be looking to book again but bringing our teenage children to enjoy the lake and area.

This house was perfect for a larger group of friends. Plenty of beds, a roomy living room, and a fire pit out back. Was a short ride into Scranton and breweries. You will have to bring your own sheets, towels, and toiletries though, but they were upfront about that. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay

The property is lovely and nestled in the woods. A short walk down to the water which is perfect for kayaking/paddleboarding. The owner is very helpful and responsive. We had a lovely stay!

Great cottage for a group!

Such an amazing property... great cottage feel, had everything we wanted, plenty of space, lots to do! Really nice to be able to use the community pool as well. Would definitely book it again.

The house was spacious and clean. We had a very relaxing vacation and the house made it even better. The kids had games to play and there were books for the whole family to read on a rainy day. It was such a wonderful week.

The house was very nice! Host very attentive! A few things needed some attention like light bulbs needed replacing, front porch light sensors need to come on faster, hot tub water was dirty and unfortunately our last day we found bed bugs!

Heather - after receiving your call we immediately called Terminix to come in to assess the house. They reported no evidence of any bedbugs (dead or alive). Out of an abundance of caution we requested they treat the house anyway. We also replaced all bedding including mattress and box spring protectors. We sincerely apologize for any discomfort you experienced.

Easter getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the pocono home. The house was very spacious for 9 adults. Love the availability of the kayaks and canoes. We all had alot of fun on the water. Nights were spent around the fire pit watching the wildlife.

Relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay. Having use of the boats and kayaks was a huge plus. We enjoyed the firepit and hot tub as well. Easy communication with the host was a plus. Highly recommend.

Thanksgiving Weekend

Our family had a wonderful stay. The location is quiet and the house was a great size for our family. Plenty of games, and indoor activities! The owner was very helpful and communicated with us. Beautiful location and we were visited by a few deers in the morning! I would definitely recommend this house for families

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. Very spacious, with open living space, and plenty of separate space for quiet. Owners thought of so many things to make it convenient and homey. Loved using the canoe with direct access to the lake. Can't wait to come back.

Great House!

Big house with plenty of space to spread out for our group of three families. Convenient drive to Montage Ski Resort. House is well stocked with games and plenty to do with the pool table, ping pong and hot tub. Owner was very responsive which made for a relaxing trip. Highly recommend!
