This beautifully designed 3-bedroom house offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience located just minutes from Costco and the Tacoma mall.

Home has Ring security system for enhanced safety that monitors the front door and the side. It also has a Minut noise and smoke sensor in living room.

There is one AC unit in the living room. The bedrooms all have a fan. The thermostat is to turn heat on and off only, there is no central AC.

Tara, the host was immediately responsive when I reached out during check in. She offered options to help make our stay more comfortable and to make ourselves at home. We stayed 2 nights. Beds were comfy. The house was cute and clean. WiFi worked great, smart tv was convenient. Loved that there were fans in every bedroom. Small selection of snacks and toiletries were a very nice touch. Location was perfect for our needs. Close to restaurants, shopping, and Costco. Check out was easier than most rentals I’ve stayed in. We were only asked to start the dishwasher and lock up when we left.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!This is a motel 8 disguised as a nice place. Pictures have been photoshopped to look amazing. There is no AC in the house so the owner put a window unit in the living room. This unit is left out of the photoshopped photos. But unless you want to sleep on the floor in the living room around the window unit, you mine as well sleep outside in a tent. It was 82 degrees in the bedrooms. The bathroom is the size of an RV bath. You can use the toilet, brush your teeth and shower all at the same time. The yard had grass 3 feet tall. It fit in with the neighborhood which is super sketchy. You have been warned.

Great place to stay!

We had a great experience booking this cute little place! It was very clean and well kept. The communication with the owner was incredible and she helped me out very much by allowing a little more time in her place while my husband was working. The check in process was a breeze and if we are ever in the area we will most definitely be booking again!

We had a fantastic stay at this home. The bathroom is a little smaller, but overall, it was perfect for our family of 3. Home is clean and well-maintained. Quiet neighborhood. Numerous dining and shopping locations are nearby and close to Wild Waves!

There is a serene feel to the property, and a park very close by. It's close to conveniences like Costco (end of the block), 1/2 Price Books, Tacoma Mall, Five Guys, Chick-fil-A, Wendy's, Cheesecake Factory, BJ's, and more.

Communications with (super)host were great and the home was a cozy little spot in an area near shopping and the mall and close enough to the highway to get around. Bathroom sink is small and makes washing your face a little awkward (think NY city bathroom), but we learned to navigate with a few extra towels. Overall very pleased with the cleanliness and functionality of this home away from home in a prime area.
