Important Note : There is currently construction taking place on the neighboring lot. We have provided a row of cypress trees for additional privacy between the properties and helps soften the visual & audio impact. While some weekday construction noise may still be noticeable, work is generally expected to take place between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

This single-level home has recently undergone a meticulous, no-expense-spared renovation, showcasing the finest materials and a seamless blend of style and comfort. The spacious living room, complete with a Smart TV and fireplace, offers a cozy retreat for relaxation. A large half bathroom is conveniently situated off the living area, while the dining room, adjacent to the gourmet kitchen, creates the perfect setting for shared meals.

The expansive primary suite is a true retreat, complete with its own private fireplace, Smart TV, steam shower, and a huge walk-in closet featuring laundry machines for added convenience. Two guest suites offer flexible accommodations: one with two queen beds and another with a king bed and a dedicated workspace. Both guest rooms share a large, stylish full bathroom.

This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8pm to 7am.
