• Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Communal amenities: Hot tub, sauna, rec room, and laundry are available year-round; the pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations are typically summer-only. Amenities are managed by the HOA; availability and hours may vary.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly per the HOA.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice facility, spacious bedrooms with plenty of bed choices, clean, enjoyed having the pool on site, close to restaurants and shops and shuttle bus around town. Would appreciate more fans for use in the bedrooms in the summer, minor maintenance could be done to bathroom vent fan and a couple other spots.

The location was great. It was nice, clean and had the basics. The reason it only got 3 stars overall was because, main thing when booking was location and spa (got message a few days before check in spa wasn’t working), master bathroom shower door installed backwards (I’m 5’4” and size 6 and barely could close the door), if you’re a cook (kitchen is stocked ok, and bathroom lights and fans just turn on whenever (in the middle of the night).
The Condo is clean. They provide all beding, pillows, extra Blankets etc. They have Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Paper Towels, Kitchen Sponge, Dish Soap & all Plates, Silerware, Pots, Pans etc. They also have a fireplace in the living room with wood covered on the patio. Very close to Vons and alot of Restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Overall clean and comfortable. Several problems: (1) external door lock is tempermental (sometimes just push to open, sometimes turn knob - but not too much, (2) exposed wires on lamp, (3) no power or usb charge ports on either side of beds in both rooms, (4) master bath door says pull, but it was impossible.
