The Space:
Settle into a straightforward, comfortable condo designed for easy mountain getaways. With three bedrooms, a loft, and two full bathrooms, there’s space for families or a couple of friends to spread out after a day on the slopes or trails.
The living area is a relaxed spot to unwind, and a dining area makes sit-down meals simple. Enjoy an outdoor BBQ grill for casual cookouts and a DVD player for low-key movie nights. The complex also offers communal amenities, including an outdoor pool, hot tubs, and a sauna (see Important Things to Note for current availability during construction).

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Assigned parking for two vehicles in tandem in the underground garage. Please use spaces #204. Parking passes are in the unit and must be displayed at all times.
• Construction: Beginning June 12, 2025, construction is underway in the complex. Guests may experience daytime noise. The pool and hot tubs will be out of service throughout the construction period.
• Stairs: Stairs are required. Please see photos for details.
• Winter safety: During winter months, the HOA boards up certain windows to prevent damage from falling icicles.
• WiFi/Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural mountain location and area-wide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty across town.
• Pet policy: No pets are allowed at this home.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Good place but need better maintenance management
Walking distance to the lodge which is great but needs better cleaning and property management on this place. There are cigarette buds and some trash on the patio and the cooking pans are old and not so clean. A maintenance worker is still in the house when we arrive which scared us a bit. But the checkin people are helpful and maintain good communication. Over all we have a good time.
Finding it was pretty hard. Short walk from Eagle Lodge ( it was closed during our stay). Very spacious for three adults and one six year old. All appliances and heaters worked. No blinds on many windows, sleeping masks are advised. My adult daughter and wife were not happy with their beds. I was satisfied with mine.Very quiet despite the construction in progress.Can opener did not work. Knives were dull. Utensils looked like they haven’t been used for some time, so we put them in dishwasher before the first use.
