I’m pleased the condo was very clean, in a great location, and that the ground-floor corner made pool access convenient. I’m also glad the lanai and nearby amenities added to your stay. I apologize for the incorrect building address in the welcome message and the lack of parking/garage instructions. We will update the welcome email/text to show the correct address and include clear parking and key fob entry information. Thank you for noting the tight parking spaces next to the poles — we’ll pass that along so future guests know what to expect. We’ll also make the listing and welcome materials clearer about the beach chair/umbrella membership and local beach rules. Finally, we will have maintenance inspect and repair the blue/lavender toilet so it flushes properly. We’re happy you enjoyed your stay and would love to host you again. Team BBG

I’m sorry about the dryer, the limited cleaning supplies, the tricky front door locks, and that the unit could use a cosmetic refresh. I’ve passed these items to our maintenance and housekeeping teams, they will inspect and repair the dryer, add a broom/mop and vacuum, and have the locks checked, and we’ll include the condo in our upcoming refresh schedule.
