Cute and quaint

I loved the spot so much. The host was more than generous and very helpful. It's close enough to Wilton Manors if that's why you're renting. Just a short walk beats having to pay for parking. Cool little tip for future travelers, if you're planning on going to Wilton Manors there's a free golf cart shuttle service that picks you up at Ramrod just a block north of the cottage. Very practical and the space was very private. Will be requesting to stay more often for a little staycations

First impressions were dismal. Open gate to the cottage front patio that had dead grass and plants. Patio chairs were dirty and covered in dead leaves. Umbrella didn’t work. Upon entering unit I was overwhelmed by the musty smell that permeated everything, owners placed several odor eliminator throughout-the unit,after one week all of my clothes needed to be washed.Large screen TV in front didn’t worked, owner stated she would repair, after one month stay I’m still waiting.On the positive the WI-FI worked and window A/C. Would I stay again most likely not without some landscaping for front patio and control of musty smell

Hi Wayne sorry for the experience you had with my property,definitely not my intention nor the type of experience I intend any guest to have. I explain before the trip that where I am I had a Hurricane warning which hit with a catergory 5 , That hindered me from communicating or getting the television like I intended for the unit. Sorry about that, in the description I said a Laundry is 4 mins away from the unit, there is none on property. With the smell again I had no way to communicate after the hurricane I would have sent my cleaners over . Sorry for the experience you had.I always keep up to date with my guest throughout each and every stay.This was beyond my control sorry.
