Incredible views from every room, especially the master in this immaculate, clutter free modern home. Inside Indian Wells County Club in a super quiet cul-de-sac, cove setting with the mountains in your backyard. Mid Century furnishings, limestone floors & Italian glass tile. Phone entry system into the private pool & hot tub in the front (pool baby gates if requested). Private backyard with a small putting green, fire pit & natural gas BBQ. Fireplace & Plasma TV's in the living room and in all the bedrooms. Movie channels, surround sound, DVD, IPOD, stereo & cable music. House sound speakers in master bedrooms guest rooms & throughout the house, including front & back yards. Always fresh linens, duvet covers, bath mats and plush Simmons Beautyrest mattresses in all bedrooms. Across the street (golf car ride away) is the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens and 'IW Club' with two championship 18 hole golf courses, restaurants and bars.

Why they chose this property

I had relatives that lived in Indian Wells Country Club & I loved the old school feel, location, etc... This house has it all, quite, secluded, gated, golf & 360 degree views.

What makes this property unique

Very hip and unique house, can't see the neighbors or hear the lawn mowers from the golf course. Just across the street are spas, restaurants & world class resorts. Including the Esmeralda (Marriott), Hyatt Grand Champions, the 'IW Club' Golf Resort at Indian Wells & the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens.
