Liked the location, only complaint was the noise on 2nd floor. They constantly walked back & forth, one night it sounded like a drum best for a couple of hours. All noise ceased at 10pm which was a plus. Impressed with Kleenex boxes, and all the little extras, which made it special. I love to read, so going to library close by and farmers market, Resturant’s close by were a plus. Fountain Hills is a very nice city with wide avenues, and easy access to churches, groceries, and walking areas…..a well planned community!
