Please be advised that the building complex is currently undergoing property improvements and upgrades. As a result:



• Shared Amenities: All building common areas—including the pool, gym, game room, business center, courtyard, and BBQ areas—are currently under renovation and are strictly closed and unavailable until further notice.



• Construction Noise: Construction noise and maintenance activity may occur during standard working hours.



We appreciate your understanding as the building works to enhance its facilities. Please review the following rules to ensure a smooth stay:



• Guest Screening: For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This must be completed before arrival.



• Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that washcloths are not provided.



• HVAC System: The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.
