Quiet street, while still being close to many trendy West Nashville attractions.

Very close to downtown Nashville. A great place to stay if coming for concerts, sporting events and/or exploring the city.

We are near world-renowned Vanderbilt, Belmont, & Lipscomb University, and just minutes from top-class hospitals (Vanderbilt, Centennial Hospital, & Saint Thomas). Hospital patients, family of university students and travel nurses are welcome here.

Uber or Car. Very easy access to near attractions like Downtown, Broadway, 51st Ave, Hattie B's and the Nations & Sylvan Park neighborhood.

We don't accept local bookings (unless you contact us beforehand to message us about the reason for booking), and are only able to accept bookings from guests with a completed profile and previous good reviews.
•Observe Checkin 4pm and checkout 11am times and instructions. We may be unable to accommodate early checkin, however if it is available we charge $25 per hour. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur up to a $100 fee per hour or portion thereof.

•We strongly suggest you consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment from any unexpected covered cancellations. We cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy.

•NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS In case of a party or gathering to avoid cancellation with NO REFUND of unused nights. No Illegal activities allowed.

•EXTRA GUESTS not allowed without prior authorization.

•No pets allowed.

•No smoking inside $250 fine

•Be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Keep noise down after 9pm and please keep noise to a minimum in the front of the house. Quiet Hours 9PM to 8 AM.

•Due to the property having a septic tank please ONLY flush toilet paper in toilets.

•We do inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen/towels, clogged toilets, excessive dirtiness or indoor smoking will be charged accordingly.

•Please turn the AC to 78 degrees or Heat to 68 degrees when you go out.

•Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
