Amazing New Luxury 2 Bdrm Townhome Pool South Charlotte in heart of Ballantyne

You’ll love this hidden gem located in highly desirable South Charlotte in Ballantyne. Beautifully decorated with a professional touch. Relax sipping on your favorite beverage while sitting pool side in comfortable outdoor seating. The pool is in the center of the community a short stroll away. The pool schedule is typically May 1 until September 31st. Operating hours are 9:00am - Sunset every day.

Enjoy the open areas where the kitchen and living area are located. The living area seats approximately 6 with 2 additional seats located at the kitchen island. The townhome has two bedrooms located on opposite sides of the living area that sleeps 2 people in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, spacious walk-in closet, an in-suite full bath with his and hers sinks, separate walk-in shower and soaking tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with vaulted high ceilings and shares a stylish full bath with the living area. Guest will enter the property downstairs from the garage or front door and climbs a flight of stairs. The living area is all on the second floor.

The home is located in the heart of Ballantyne less than 5 minutes drive to popular restaurants, shopping, country club, golf, parks and more.

Great stay with nice community pool!

We had everything we needed with simple check in, check out process. The community pool is just a couple blocks away and my kids and I really enjoyed it! The morning we checked out my daughter had to go to urgent care and Terrance was very accommodating with the check out process. We will definitely book this place next time we are in Charlotte!

Pleasent place to star near Charlotte

Very fine property for a few days, no major issues to note. Plug in air "fresheners" were overwhemling at first but once we unplugged ALL three and airrd the place it it was fine. Also be sure to bring soap/shampoo ect as they provivded nothing - i had to buy the items at the store.

Beautiful condo!

Overall - Beautiful place! Not disappointed!! It was definitely dusty and didn’t look vacuumed on the rugs… not sure if they are aware that the cleaning people may not be cleaning so well. Also maybe leave 2 towels per person we were 4 girls with long hair lol. Mattresses are EXTREMELY firm so if you don’t like this bring something to lay on the bed lol. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with shopping literally down the street which was AWESOME!! Also loved having a garage!
