This newly built, design-forward luxury villa blends indoor-outdoor living with pocket doors, outdoor showers, and natural breezes. Two private bedrooms—each with its own en-suite bathroom and outdoor shower—sit on opposite sides of the villa for maximum privacy. A sleeper sofa in the living room allows up to 6 guests to stay comfortably.

The villa is situated on Chalk Sound, a breathtaking natural lagoon known for its vibrant turquoise waters, unlike anything you've seen. Sapodilla Bay, the nearest beach, is just a one-minute drive away and ideal for kids with its calm, shallow waters.

We strongly recommend renting a car to fully explore the island’s beauty. The world-famous Grace Bay Beach and restaurants are just a 15-minute drive away, with a supermarket only 10 minutes from the villa. Maresia Villa is the ideal retreat—peaceful yet conveniently close to the island’s vibrant spots.
