House was very clean and just as pictured. Close to everything you need, restaurants, groceries, coffee chops and stores. The pool was wonderful, the neighborhood was nice and quiet, it had lovely covered back deck, well shaded and well lit at night too, we had a fabulous time. The Host was so nice, and sent all info needed for check in and check out, highly recommend.

This was a really nice clean house. My niece loved the swimming pool. The beds were very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay and if we ever need a place to stay in the area it will be at this house.

Thanks for letting me know! I got a new pest control out the day after you left. He stated it was a wood roach that is very common in our location. they live outside but sometimes with doors being left open or small cracks they sometimes find their way in. He did a heavy prevention treated inside and lawn area. They also included buckets for mosquitoes which I was excited about. He also inspected for bees.

4 adults stayed for 4 nights in early March 2026. It was a very good experience overall. Very clean and nicely appointed. We did not cook or use the pool, so can't comment on that. Great covered deck that we used every day. The deck also had a gas grill. Excellent value compared to 2 hotel rooms. Would definitely again.
