Thanks for letting me know! I got a new pest control out the day after you left. He stated it was a wood roach that is very common in our location. they live outside but sometimes with doors being left open or small cracks they sometimes find their way in. He did a heavy prevention treated inside and lawn area. They also included buckets for mosquitoes which I was excited about. He also inspected for bees.

4 adults stayed for 4 nights in early March 2026. It was a very good experience overall. Very clean and nicely appointed. We did not cook or use the pool, so can't comment on that. Great covered deck that we used every day. The deck also had a gas grill. Excellent value compared to 2 hotel rooms. Would definitely again.

Arrived at Check-in time 12. Texted, called , emailed host for 4hrs to get a door code for entry. No response from host. Called VRBO and they tried to contact the host with no response. VRBO cancelled for us which was nice. Host finally responded with a response that we were underage and didn’t meet the requirements which is a lie. Do not know how he made that assessment. We are in our 60s. Beware. Do not rent from Peter. See other reviews with same type of issues.
