This is a great property! Nita is a great hostess. She responds quickly and is very personable. The place is very clean and cute! And the beds are so comfortable!! I highly recommend staying here!

The guest house was clean. The host was always available and I was given the privacy I desired. This guest house sits about 20 feet from the main. You have plenty of privacy.

This property is exactly as listed: charming cottage!!! The host is the best!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and the host was very accommodating to our schedule and needs. Wish we could have stayed longer to just take in the serenity of the setting.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I had such a lovely stay that I decided to mention it. My host, Nita, even got me cupcakes for my birthday! I was in Cypress to visit family and celebrate birthdays. This was a perfect location and the cottage was very comfortable.The only limitation - I thought there'd be a kitchen sink, but there was a microwave and large frig, so that wasn't really an issue.Great place! - I would highly recommend it. My host, Nita, was extremely warm and welcoming.

We needed a place to stay in Cypress when we moved back from Fort Worth. We selected Nita's location because it is only a few minutes from our new home, and we needed a few days to get the home ready to live in. Nita's communications were outstanding - prompt, accurate, and always helpful.We arrived late at night, but had no trouble finding where to park. The cottage was clean and welcoming, nicely stocked, and very cozy. The beds were comfortable (yes we knew they were twin beds, but we didn't mind!). After putting in a full day moving boxes, setting up furniture, getting services started, etc., Nita's place was a restful retreat. We sat under the balcony, listened to the birds and the frogs down by the lake, and enjoyed the breeze.We soon discovered we needed an extra day, and Nita was able to accommodate us without difficulty. We met her briefly, and she is as delightful in person as through email.Her location is convienent to Highway 290, and is close to Towne Lake and their shops and restaurants. Heritage Towne Lake is only about 6 minutes away. Need a quiet retreat for a couple of days? This place fits the bill. High-speed Internet and Alexa are available.It's not set up for doing real cooking, but a microwave, stocked Keurig, and a few other appliances were more than enough for our needs.We are recommending Nita to any of our friends as an ideal place to stay when they come to visit, and will likely book an occasional getaway ourselves.

A great stay!

I highly recommend this cottage for a stay in Cypress, Tx. The cottage was clean and very comfortable. It was perfect just for me. I enjoyed sitting out on the porch with my morning coffee. And the host provides numerous K-cups, water and snacks. Nita was wonderful and quick to communicate. Stay here, you will enjoy!

Perfect little place

Loved, loved, loved this little place. If you may need it, the host has thought of it: cold waters waiting in the fridge, a variety of snacks on the counter and a coffee bar. The same for toiletries; she has stocked the bathroom with anything you may need. I stayed for two nights to attend a high school graduation at the Berry Center. Super convenient to that location and surrounding neighborhoods. Multiple convenient routes from IAH, less than 45 minutes in mid-day traffic. The rooftop deck was perfection at sunset. The cherry on top of a delightful stay.

Very Nice Little Place

I missed the part about only having two twin beds so it wasn't the best for me and my partner. It would have been perfect with even a full, but the room where the bed is located is fairly small. Other than that (which is something I didn't catch in the add), the place was nice, quiet and the host was very cordial. She was very responsive to queries and communication thru the VRBO app. It rained quite a bit so we weren't able to use the deck or sit outside, but in nicer weather, I'm sure we would have taken advantage of those amenities. Additionally, the host left plenty of snack and drinks, the thermostat functioned fine, the towels looked brand new, and the coffee machine came in handy.
