Great for family. Has excess to pool in park. Lots of play ground equipment in parks. Close to lots of places to eat.House was clean and very cozy. Host had snacks and lots of movies on hand. Beds were comfortable. Bucket of toys and pack and play for babies. Host was easy to communicate with.Would go back!

Katy vacation

The property was excellently clean and stocked. The neighborhood was quiet. Nice location to the park. Close to businesses and restaurants. We would defiantly recommend this property that would like to visit the area.

Nice house, great location

We love staying where it's pleasant to take a walk right outside our door. So this location in a wooded residential neighborhood and looking over the back fence into a park (the entrance of which is only a few minutes' walk away) was perfect - also because it is a very short drive to grocery stores and nice eateries. The house had a very nice setup - we enjoyed it!

We had family we were visiting in Katy. This cottage afforded us the comforts of home whilst navigating the energy of Katy, TX and Houston, TX! If you appreciate an older, grandmotherly home with a humble outdoor sitting area, this is your spot!

My stay here was absolutely incredible! The location is perfect—just a quick hop off the interstate and close to plenty of great restaurants. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and communicative throughout my stay, which made everything feel seamless and comfortable. The home itself was impressively well-stocked—I brought extra pots and pans just in case (based on past experiences elsewhere), but I didn’t need a single one. The attention to detail and care the hosts put into this place really shows. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Met Our Needs Perfectly

The hosts are wonderful at communicating! The house was perfect for what we needed and we felt comfortable the minute we walked in the door. The hosts thought of pretty much everything. I loved the notes around the house letting us know how things worked, etc. The location was quiet and we were sad it was too hot to go to the park behind the house- it looked so nice! This will be where we stay every time we come to visit our family who now live in the area! (Photos were from right before we checked out. Forgot to do photos prior!)

This location in Old Town Katy, right near the park, was great. Quiet neighborhood, great communication from the host. A comfortable stay.

Check in was so easy and nice, it was easy to get settled and comfortable quickly. I slept better than I have in a long time due to the quiet neighborhood and peaceful atmosphere. The park behind the house is stunning. For the price it is really a great deal. Thank you to the hosts who made sure everything was up to par for our specific needs.
