This 3 day stay felt like a home away from home. Everything was neat and clean. The host was personable and professional.I will definitely be staying at this home again. 5 stars across the board!!!
It was very clean, roomy and very much comfortable. My family enjoyed themselves at this property and I would love to have it every time I come to the area.
Property was clean and communication was great from owner. Location was perfect for our travel to ULM stadium.

An established neighborhood that was quiet and safe!! I would definitely stay at this property again. There wasn't anything pertaining to this property I disliked.
The house was beautiful and very accommodating for guests of all ages. Great location and quiet. Very responsive to communications. A wonderful experience.
We came to Monroe to visit family. Normally we would stay in a local hotel. We decided to take a chance on a local home and it did not disappoint. The property was as advertised. A quiet neighborhood that was accessible to local food and other necessary amenities (shout out to Waterfront 1 and Southern Classic)

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Cleanliness, location
My stay was extremely disappointing and far below expectations:•Cleanliness Issues:•Couches were filthy with EXTREMELY questionable stains.•Comforters had visible stains (thankfully I brought my own linens).•Thick dirt under the beds and behind nightstands.•Bathrooms were unsanitary, with tubs that didn’t drain and black grime that required heavy scrubbing.•Towels smelled of mildew despite attempts to wash them with vinegar.•Broken Amenities:•Jacuzzi tub did not function properly.•BBQ grill and smoker were broken, which was misleading in the listing.•Some electrical outlets pulled out of the wall when unplugging items.•Safety & Comfort Concerns:•Large broken glass pieces on the property.•Piles of fire ants around the patio with no warning given.•Sewer odors coming from tubs and sinks.•Minor Positives:•Bed was surprisingly comfortable, though oddly placed on a board platform.•Overall Impression:For 1,200 for five nights, this property felt like a complete rip-off. I had to bring and buy my own linens and (go buy towels) just to feel somewhat clean. The condition of the home was gross, unsafe, and misleading. I would never stay here again.
Very clean. Has everything you can need. While you are setting away from home. Tv in every room and in the masters bathroom. Washer and dryer coffee pot. Towels dishes. Big back yard. Front yard. Covered parking. The host are available if needed. Great property. No issues. I will stay her again I come here twice a year
