This property is an older home, and could use just a little bit of work, nothing major, just a little bit of cosmetic maintenance. Overall, a very cute and very, very clean little house, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I was very satisfied with my stay. Centrally located and easy to maneuver around the town. It only took 10-15 minutes to get to anywhere I wanted to go.

As the name suggests this is a cozy little place in the south. The house is very clean! And the owners communicated very well. If you have an event near the university, it is literally two roads away.

It was perfect for my wife and I with our three kids. It really felt like home away from home. The host was professional and and made us welcomed. He kept it real and honest . I have no complaints at all. Also my kids and I loved the arcade games. We will be going back if is available every time we're in town.
