Enjoy sunny palm-tree views from this gorgeous hotel-style studio at the Palms at Waikiki Building. Nestled across the street from Ala Wai Boat Harbor, Hilton Hawaiian Village, Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon, Waikiki Beach, and so much more, our home is walking distance to endless shopping, dining and attractions. Includes an open living area, cozy full bed, private lanai, renovated full bath, and compact closet and kitchenette area. Guests enjoy access to the building's polished lobby, sun deck, pool, bbq area, fitness room, paid parking options and on-site paid laundry.

This elevated hotel-style studio features a small/standing private lanai with city views and sleeps 4.

KITCHEN/DINING This home includes a kitchenette area with a microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cups, cutlery and coffee mugs.

LIVING/SLEEPING AREA The living/sleeping area has two queen size beds (sleeps 2 each), closet, smart tv, ac, drawers, and private lanai.

BATH Full bath with shower/tub.

OUTDOOR AREAS includes 1 small, standing-only lanai with city views.

This unit is located on the 2nd floor (elevators available).

BUILDING AMENITIES on-site paid laundry (nominal fee), complimentary Wi-Fi and cable, ac. No parking included, but parking may be available from the Palms building. Elevator access. Sundeck with grilling area, pool, ATM.

LOCATION Located right on Ala Moana Blvd, this property is in walking distance to Hilton Hawaiian Bay, a protected bay ideal for families with young children that is great for swimming, paddle boarding and more. Kahanamoku Beach nearby is great for swimming, paddle boarding, surfing or enjoying a day at the beach. Also nearby are Waikiki Beach, Ala Moana Center, Ala Moana Beach Park, Hawaii Convention Center, and several shops, restaurants, bars, activities and more. Short distance from Iolani Palace, Honolulu Zoo, Diamond Head State Monument.

We had a good stay overall, and the location was a big highlight. The property is very accessible—within walking distance of several restaurants and stores and close to one of the main tourist areas, which made getting around easy.The room was comfortable and convenient, with good temperature control, a fridge, and plenty of storage for clothes. We also enjoyed having access to the pool and appreciated amenities like the water refill station. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and communication with the host was smooth.A couple of small downsides: the room could have been a bit cleaner (we noticed some smudges on surfaces), and the walls were fairly thin. Our room faced the parking lot, so we were woken up early most mornings by noise outside.Overall, though, it was a convenient and pleasant stay, and we would consider staying here again

We arrived after a 12 hour flight at 11pm and found the bathroom toilet filthy and the bed sheets had stains. We complained and they sent a cleaner to scour the toilet the next day and left clean sheets hanging on the door. There was 2 toilet rolls left for 3 people for 1 week. They said they would send 3 more but they never arrived. They also said they would refund 1 night but that did not happen. The location was good but this unit needs to be updated as it is very downtrodden comparable to a third rate motel. I was embarrassed as I brought my nieces from Ireland but they enjoyed the hospitality if the Hawaiian people.I do have the pictures of the filthy toilet and stained sheets.
