Casa BelleRive worth every penny

The house is amazing, Sharon is great work communication. The house manager is very responsive work a lot of great recommendations. I would highly recommend stay at this house.

Awesome Vacation in Merida!!

The house is amazing!! So much room for us to spread out. I loved the screened in patio - enjoyed my coffee there whenever I got the chance. Next time we are in Merida I hope Sharon’s place is available.

The house is spacious and has specific areas to rest and get relaxed

It is a nice colonial house that is located not far away from the main plaza in Merida. It has some spaces just to get relaxed. The description is very accurate.Uber service is available.

We loved this house in a quiet Barrio Santiago within walking distance of the main Merida parques and plazas. It’s spacious, comfortable, convenient… and lovely. Someone did an excellent job of updating while maintaining the old charm. The hosts — both on site and off site — were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

I loved the beauty of the property and the host was so easy to work with/ The property manager was very accessible. Even though it was a mile away from the city activity, I felt safe to walk the mile to get there, and it was very easy to get an Uber at any time of day or night. We were unable to use the pool or outdoor area due to the numerous mosquitoes. I would not consider this a safe property for children due to the lack of safety railing on the stairs leading to the apartment. As an adult, it was great!

Property not clean.

I arrived at the property; but after touring it, I immediately left because the property was not clean. The floors and counters were not clear and clean, as they had looked in the property photos. (Instead, I reserved a room at a Merida hotel for my week-long visit to the City.) The property owner refused to refund my payment. She is not in Merida, so she cannot know the condition of the house. I am very disappointed with this property and with VRBO.

The renter refused to stay in the house and. When I called her she gave many reasons for leaving the house. None of her reasons were valid! I Called VRBO and explained what had happened - they told me to have the house administrator photo each room and the exterior gardens with pool area then send immediately to VRBO so a record when guest complained for refund. The house was not luxurious enough for renter. I am sorry my Merida home was not luxurious enough, it was professionally cleaned and ready for renters.
