This cozy cottage is located just one house away from the Great South Bay,  only a 2-minute walk to the bay swimming area, playground and the best dining and shopping spots in town. The house is sunny and bright, featuring a well-equipped, open-concept kitchen, a dining area that can comfortably seat six, and two cozy air-conditioned bedrooms with queen beds and beautiful linens. 

The private wrap-around deck with a gas BBQ  is perfect for dining al fresco.
