Overlooking the neighboring 114 acre property of Sextant Estate Vineyard! This humble 10 acre vineyard estate is a turn of the century style house with all the modern amenities and luxurious features you are looking for. This home features 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, gourmet chef’s kitchen, laundry room, and wrap around veranda (complete with front porch swing). The extra-large master bedroom boasts a king sized memory foam bed, flat screen TV, sitting area and great views from all 12 wood windows. Master bath is complemented by a large Jacuzzi tub, double sinks and walk in shower. Two additional upstairs bedrooms include private bathrooms and claw foot tubs. Downstairs bedroom and powder room also feature a claw foot soaking tub. The grounds feature a rose garden, gazebo, and herb garden all surrounded by estate vineyard.

We loved our stay at the Farmhouse! It was very easy/convenient, very clean, true to pictures and exceeded our expectations! Our children had a ball, our dog Bruno was very welcome, and we made lots of memories. We plan to return!

Wonderful location

Just a fabulous location with views of neighboring farms and vineyards over rolling hills. Deck goes around the entire home so you can follow the sun or sit in shade. This was our second stay and I'm sure we'll be back. Ideal for family get-togethers with lots of sleeping space and large fully appointed kitchen.

We met in the middle of CA for a Thanksgiving stay. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed to support our meals. Lots of places for hikes in the vineyard. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. A good family time.

Another Amazing Stay at Almond House

This was our second stay at this property, and once again, it did not disappoint. From the well-appointed interior, generous amenities, beautiful views of the vineyards, ensuite bathrooms, there are just so many pluses that come as a part of your stay. Great choice for families as the living room and kitchen are both large and can accommodate a big group. We love this house.

Picture Perfect

A beautiful farmhouse with a fabulous view of the sunrise and sunset! Pictures just don’t do it justice. This home is a place that is beautiful, well decorated, but also very comfy. The kitchen was still led with all necessities, and the bedrooms were comfortable. Loved just relaxing here in the country, but it’s an east trip into town and Paso!!! Will be back!

5 Stars is not enough...

This is THE place to stay in the Paso area. We had 4 couples and all eight people loved the house. First off, the location is premier. Situated on top of a rolling hill, you can drink coffee amongst the vines and watch working farms operating from a distance. Look up "wine country" I a dictionary and this is what you will find. The interior is decorated perfectly and is perfect for a group stay. Big bed rooms, large kitchen, and plenty of space to hang out as a group in the morning and at night. Not far into downtown Paso or the wineries and we had no issue getting Ubers. I will schedule trips back to Paso based on this house's availability.

A family weekend that my kids will remember the rest of their lives.

I didn't just want to go to the wine country, I wanted to feel the wine country. It was an amazing experience from the minute we pulled up to the house. There were two bottles of wine waiting for us and an assortment of cheeses and meats with crackers. What a nice touch. Our trip wasn't so much about wine tasting, it was about bonding with my family since my kids were going back to college the following week. We did the things we take for granted in our busy lives. We played board games, grilled out, and told stories about our family throughout the years. All this while looking out the windows at beautiful vineyards for as far as the eye can see. Trust me, you will not want to leave. I highly recommend this house. Next time, we are doing a couples weekend and enjoy the wine tastings that are literally down the street.

This house was the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Location was perfect. Amenities/house was perfect. Communication with host was perfect. Literally wouldn’t change a thing! We can’t wait to go back. Tip for future guest: bring non-slip socks or house shoes because the stairs are very slipperyAlso, the master bathroom was the only shower that was a walk-in. All other showers were inside of an old school bathtub with a big step to get in. Wasn’t an issue for us but could be an issue for people with mobility and balance problems.
