Hidden gem

I had a great stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the accommodations were excellent. The owners clearly put in a lot of effort to make guests feel at home whether you're traveling alone, with family, or even with pets.

Host was so kind and attentive to my needs. There was a cold front upon my arrival and she offered a thick blanket and a snack of peanuts. The space is cozy and my dog got along so well with her dogs. Thank you for being so accommodating.

Nice little getaway

My mom and I needed a place to stay for a couple of nights and this was the perfect little place. The owners put a lot of thought and care into the property. It was comfortable and clean. I would recommend it over a hotel.

Weekend Stay

The price was great. The place had everything we needed. The neighborhood is rough. There was a homeless man sleeping in the median across the street. The mini split AC can’t cool the room enough during the day in the summer. The resident of the second unit let their dogs loose inside the fence that you have to walk through. If price is your number one thing, it is a good place.

I sincerely apologize for any discomfort you experienced with the air conditioning during the day. I was not made aware of this issue during your stay, and therefore, did not have the opportunity to address it promptly. Had I known, I would have certainly explored solutions to improve your comfort. Regarding the external factors you mentioned, such as the neighborhood and the presence of a homeless individual, I understand that these elements can impact your experience. While some aspects are outside of my direct control, I strive to ensure my guests have a pleasant and safe stay. About the issue with the dogs, having their furry friends is such an important factor for a lot of our guest and it's why we allowed them to stay but I did mention that the dogs cannot be loose if they are not being supervised to prevent any issues. Your feedback is valuable, and I appreciate your understanding regarding the aspects that were beyond my immediate control. Thank you again for your review.
