I wanted to say first what was good about this stay.... location, comfortable bed and pretty quiet. Now, sadly the negatives....this isn't a 'bungalow'. It's a bedroom (perhaps Studio), with a small couch, table and kitchenette squeezed in with the bed. Shower-room is very small but utilitarian. There were only 2 pillows (no spares), no wardrobe or hangers for clothes (my husband pointed out the table took up any room for a wardrobe). The TV we were informed only had app channels, not free to air, and the people staying were expected to use their own apps. The kitchenette.... was interesting ....no sink, we discovered (on arrival) the expectation was that the 'bungalow' guests used an outdoor sink in a BBQ area. No guidance about this in the bungalow or how to use the plug in cooktop, or about the non-existent TV channels!. No tourist information on the area either (shops, restaurants, local activities). The host did message me to say there was a free ferry over to Raymond Island - only 'tourist' information we received. The outside BBQ area was dusty and dirty with lots of cobwebs (in particular on the BBQ itself and the under cover washing line), the sinks were filthy and required cleaning before use. No tea towel provided. We did unwind and loved Paynesville but now know that the caravan park down the road with 2 bedroom cabins at half the price is much better value. Sorry Mihee, you need to seriously look at the costing out of this 'bedroom'.
