From March 1 through October 31, every reservation will include a complimentary beach setup consisting of two beach chairs and an umbrella that is put out each morning and put up each night for you. You can pay for additional chairs/umbrellas as well if desired.

-Must be at least 25 years old to book and present for the duration of the stay.
-Signed rental agreement and picture of ID will be required after booking.
-Crystal Tower only allows 2 vehicles per condo.
*Beginning April 1 2025, a new parking pass system will be in place. Guests will purchase parking passes via a QR code on site.
Each vehicle will be $20 per day up to the 3rd day. Stays of 7 nights or less will be a maximum of $60 per vehicle. Stays over 7 nights will be $65 + $5 per day after 8 days per vehicle.
