This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is nestled in the quaint community of Briarwood, Surrounded by attractive architecture and landscaping, this Florida home will have you reminiscent of days gone by.

This home has a magnificent interior that features tile flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, high ceilings and more. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and serving utensils, and includes breakfast bar and separate dining area overlooking the spacious lanai and very private pool area. A gas BBQ grill is available on the lanai for your outdoor grilling needs.

The home has a king size bed in the master, queen size in the first guest room and two twin beds in the third bedroom with flat screen TV's in all. Everything you need to make this holiday home your favorite home away from home.
