Christopher was very easy to work with and responded timely to questions and comments. The appartment was very clean and comfortable. It had everything that was needed for a great stay!
We came to visit a family member who lives nearby in Bolton Hill and was performing in a concert. This was walking distance and just perfect. We also really appreciated that our furry family member was also welcome. The apartment is wonderfully spacious and comfortable, too. Christopher always responded promptly to our every need. Thank you!
This is a very spacious place - quite a treat after a long transatlantic flight! It is pleasantly furnished and acceptably clean. Christopher was reasonably prompt when responding to inquiries. The neighborhood seemed to have a lot of activity on the evening we arrived (a Friday) - it quieted down later in the night & stayed quiet after that. We were out late on Saturday and the area was peaceful when we returned around 1am. The next afternoon we had a very comfortale walk through the Madison Park neighborhood to our event in the Mount Vernon area. I mention this because I had been warned (after booking) that there are some rough neighborhoods in Baltimore, but my experience with Madison Park was not that - as a visitor unfamiliar with the city, this is definitely an important asset.

Owner is very odd, my stay was very unpleasant i got racially profiled soon as i arrived to the property the owner saw a cake and 3 balloons he immediately texted me angrily saying there was a party being held. There wasn’t any party being held tho 4 guest came to sing happy birthday than leave. The property owner proceeded to set off an alarm to scare us out of the home and said my payment was no refundable after he assumed something that wasn’t happening. He then proceeded to charge me for a party and damages of the home. We didn’t get a chance to do anything but take showers nothing in the home was destroyed or damaged than i don’t understand how he charged us for a party but said we couldn’t have one, so he’s just trying to be greedy n make extra off of people. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

The fact that you threw a party breaking the house rules does not mean you were racially profiled. It means you booked for 2 people and had at least 6 with balloons and party supplies. I very calmly asked how many people were coming, but after you didn't answer and somebody tampered with the security camera, I decided to cancel the reservation. If I could post pictures, I would show that everything I said was true, and you are both lying and committing slander in your review. You were charged for your unregistered guests and damaged camera when one of your guests tried to knock it off the wall. The police had to be called, and still you refused to return the key, ultimately cursing at me and throwing the key in the hallway. I still have the videos. Anybody who wants to see the evidence is free to request it. None of this would have happened if you put the correct number of guests, and didn't throw a party when it was made clear that you would have your reservation canceled. Don't break the rules and you will have a great experience, like all the other guests that loved their stay!
