The Space:

The property consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, the smallest bedroom has another queen bed, and the final largest bedroom has a queen bed and twin over full bunk bed.



Guest Access:

The guests will have full access to the home, except for a locked privacy closet, and the storage shed outside near the pool.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Lantana, FL you're just minutes from Lantana Beach, waterfront restaurants, marinas, coffee shops, and the boutiques of downtown. Easy access to Lake Worth Beach, Delray Beach, and Palm Beach means endless dining, nightlife, and coastal adventures.



Other Things to Note:

The property does have cameras on the exterior of the home, on each corner of the front, the side yard, and the rear yard. There are no cameras inside the home or facing the pool.



Using the pool is at guests own risk. SHALLOW POOL, NO DIVING!



Interaction with Guests:

Our property is a no-contact required home. We do not exchange keys, or meet the guests. If there is an emergency or anything is needed we will send someone to take care of whatever is needed.
