Your relaxing family getaway awaits in Panama City Beach at this fabulous house. 5 min walk to beach and entertainment. Centrally located walking to restaurants, bars, mall with bowling, car rental, shopping, fast food, big arcade, axe throwing, escape room, ice cream, etc. The renter must be 21 to rent this property and stay the entire reservation. Enjoy our private clubhouse pool/restaurant/bathrooms/eat/in/out on balcony over incredible ocean views.
You only need shorts, sandals, and a swimsuit.
This tremendous property offers a nice space for guests to relax and unwind. The resort is gated and very safe with free activities: tennis, pickle ball, putt putt, a gym, etc. and we provide corn-hole, and horseshoes with all the sports equipment necessary.
We provide pool/beach toys/chairs/umbrellas/tents with a buggy to take to the beach.
The back yard offers putt putt, pool, a turtle pond, walking path, and a quiet view from the master balcony or the patio. A full BBQ with table and seating with grassy back yard area.
A king in the master, a queen, and a full in the guest bedroom. The master has a balcony overlooking the greens for your morning coffee. Peaceful, quiet turtle pond walking path around the area in our backyard with ducks , turtles, and cranes on occasion. Very few of these properties in the resort have this location with outdoor space.
The kitchen has set up for 10 to host family and friends. The dining room seats 10 for a sit down dinner. The kitchen is furnished with 4 types of coffe makers, an air fryer, and a gas stove.The patio has sit down for eating outside with a gas BBQ outdoors.
Whether you're looking to soak up the sun on the nearby beaches or enjoy the local attractions, this house is the perfect home base for your vacation. Fishing in our canal yields bass and fun. We are within a mile of a pier where fireworks and fishing happen and 3 miles from Pier Park with fireworks every Friday in season and all holidays. We are within 3 miles of a state park on the east and 10 miles on the west where you can rent canoes etc.
We are a mile (closest family friendly hosting resort on beach) from the most popular and newest ball park which attracts teams from everywhere around the country for tournaments.
Pier park is a 3 mile drive west where shopping/amusement/restaurants/movies are amazing with tons of free parking. Pier Park has a free concert series in summer and free seasonal celebrations. Panama City Beach has events almost all the time such as the jazz festival, rock concerts, and Ironman. From there it is a short drive west towards 30a where million dollar vacation mansions and condos with great shopping/eating, our World unique dunes, bicycling paths and hiking with more incredible beaches. Message me for a specific experience you might be looking for and I will search in our area.
Our resort has private individuals that rent golfcarts. You have 2 free parking spaces that are located right up to the home. There is no waiting on dirty,crowded elevators. This is your home away from home waiting for a great family to enjoy! I do not allow instant bookings bc I like to make sure my guests can ask questions and are fully aware of all we have to offer so we can match expectations to all our home has to offer!

I have been a Superhost for 5 years on another site for a private owner with 5 properties but recently purchased my own. I have decided to add VRBO to my list of hostings. I am a retired teacher(32 years teaching algebra) that can not sit in a rocking chair and now I manage our property. I think one dreams of retirement but there is so much more.
I thoroughly enjoying doing all the extras that I could not do working for someone else.ie providing games, goodies, my own choice of decor, beautiful soft linens and blankets, and answering questions bout the area. I think its the little things that my guests really appreciate that have made me a Superhost. My goal is to provide you with a great vacation and make you want to come back very soon to our townhouse.

Why they chose this property
Very close to the beach, a 5 min walk on property to our own beach access, a safe private gated community, lots to do for my guests that is totally free, very close to arcade, bowling, car rental, restaurants(3 of my favorite), a private clubhouse on beach, and lots pools. Our townhouse has more outdoor space in the back because no one backs up to it like most of the other properties in the resort. In the winter it is also so fun bc the snowbirds have sports clubs like a putt putt and pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis, card games and bingo that they welcome anyone to join!
I also cannot stand waiting on crowded, dirty elevators and parking blocks away in a garage that costs 25$ a night.I park right out of our front door. We have 2 free parking spaces steps from my front door!
We have lots of room for our family to be together and not a dull moment with all the activities to choose from.

What makes this property unique
I have chosen to make the townhouse a bit more homey than most other properties here or in a hotel in our price range. I have little touches that most do not. I provide things like phone chargers, and usb cords many more towels (beach too). You can choose your methed of coffee: French roast, grind your own beans, full pot or pods. I supply, tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, paper towel, napkins. I have a green thumb and love to keep plants and flowers in my patio which many guests have loved when they sit/eat out back. I try to place seasonal items outside to be festive. We have a backyard on the green so we can set up cornhole and horseshoes.
