Walking distance to Walmart and close to many restaurants on Front Beach Rd and Hutchinson Blvd. 5 mins walk to the beach and a short 10 mins drive to Pier Park.

Community amenities include 11 pools (some heated in the winter), a beach front private clubhouse, tennis courts, and a mini-golf course.
