We stayed for 8 days, fishing and enjoying the beauty of the place. It was lovely and the accommodations were excellent. Great experience for everyone.
We stayed with two of our sons to visit the University of Wyoming and couldn't be happier with the location. The house was great. The fishing was great for three novice fishermen. The view was amazing. Look forward to staying again. The property manager was easy to contact and addressed all of our needs.

Thank you Blake! We look forward to your next visit.
We rented El Rancho Pequeno to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from the University of Wyoming. She asked for a quiet family weekend. This enchanting spot along the Laramie River was perfect. We enjoyed lazing morning coffees watching the river and late evening dinners in the cabin. The art and amenities were spot on. We hope we get to return someday.

We would love to host you all anytime. We are so glad you enjoyed graduation and made time to connect with family at our place!
Great place. Beautiful surroundings and views. Rustic but comfortable accommodations. Well stocked with plenty of wood for the fire places. Fish in the stream right outside the cabin.
This is the second time I have stayed at this wonderful property. Peaceful, clean, organized, well supplied and relaxing.
We plan on staying here several times next year.
Thanks

Very clean and private. Loved having the opportunity to stay at the Ranch. Enjoyed the fishing in the river in the early mornings and evenings as to not stress the fish in the heat of the day.

Thank you for staying with us Jeff. We look forward to hosting you all again!
We so enjoyed our time together as a family on the Laramie River. It is a private location and very unique. The tubes were in great shape and provided hours of enjoyment. Every night was filled with games and stories around the fire pit. Sleeping arrangements weren't as expected-we couldn't use the bunk pull downs as there was no lip for safety, and the pull out twin couch's mattress wasn't comfy. We adjusted though and it worked out. Cabin needs some TLC but it didn't distract from our stay. Thanks for sharing your home!
Unique lodge, filled with charm, art, eclectic furnishings and family personality. Beautiful surroundings. Extremely private, except for visiting friendly cattle. Big Laramie running by with trout for skilled anglers. Wonderful linens. Very clean throughout.
A great place to get away from it all, and with so many activities just outside. On cold days we played games indoors enjoying the amazing views. In nice weather there’s a beautiful porch with fire pit and lots of seating and of course the river is right there. Views of the river, mountains and open land. No visible neighbors. Comfortable beds and heated floors!

Thank you for coming! We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay!
I do not think my 17 year old son has enjoyed himself so much in his life. He caught more fish than he ever has before - and he fishes a lot. A wonderful retreat. The closest to Legends of the Fall you will find in the States.

Although the house was great for myself and my adult children, my father had a difficult time with the flagstone flooring. The uneven placements made a trip hazard and uncomfortable walking. We did enjoy the location and access to the river.

We are so sorry your father was unable to to enjoy the property fully. Had we known in advance we would have suggested staying in the other house or another property. I will make a note on the listing. Thank you for your feedback. Happy others liked their stay.
My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at your gorgeous ranch. We agree with what Pop said in the wonderful book written by a family member about Jelm; the view coming home at sunset looking down on your ranch is one of the most beautiful on earth. The river was still a little too high for fishing but the meadows filled with blooming flowers was quite the bonus! Thank you so much, we will be back!!!

Thank you so much Holly!! We look forward to hosting you again.
Super charming property that is perfect for a family getaway. We are a family of six and the main home was plenty big enough for us. Make sure to come equipped with everything you’ll need as it is a long drive to a store in Laramie. But owners do a really good job stocking the place with essentials. Mosquitos were a bit of a nuisance but that is life in the mountains, especially during a wet year like this one. And owners were thoughtful to leave plenty of Off and citronella candles. There was another family in the bunkhouse but that wasn’t a problem at all.

Thank you Mike. We look forward to hosting you next summer!
We hadn’t seen our adult kids for 17 months due to Covid. Our son graduated from UW and we wanted property close to Laramie that would accept dogs. Our party of 7 adults and 3 dogs spent 6 wonderful nights at this delightful property. We were very comfortable and enjoyed all the amenities this special place offers. We played games indoors and in the yard, took turns cooking in the gourmet kitchen, and lounged by the fires inside and outside. We also went on hikes in the Medicine Bow forest and took a day trip to the Saratoga hot springs. Highest recommendation for this property!!
