Host canceled 15 hours before check in. I have never experienced that in many many trips and stays.Vrbo was helpful, however we went to a hotel instead. I had no time and had to stay over hour away to even save the trip.

The apartment was on the 3rd floor which was pretty hard for husband who had a hip replacement 2 weeks prior & I am handicapped & have a very difficult time going upstairs. The property was also not as clean as i wpuld like
