Not our best VRBO experience
I have had previous experiences with other VRBO hosts that were more responsive. The house was not clean: cigarette butt found in the bedroom, refrigerator handles were sticky, the towels were folded but damp/wet, left over coffee in the coffee pot.

The property is very unkempt. Yard was horrible and we were not able to enjoy the outside because grass was so high. Property Manager and host were slow in responding to complaints We never did get anyone to give us assess to the laundry room because the door was locked from the beginning of our stay May 15.to.last.day May 19th. Vrbo was not any great help. Apparently Vrbo does not have any regulations or criteria that host must meet.
