This nicely appointed condo is located on the side of 3900 Pleasure, on the 39th Street side of the building. Located directly across the street from the entrance to the beach so you can pack a bag, park the car and enjoy your vacation! This unit features a large wall mounted TV in the living room with generous seating for friends and family. Bedroom 1 has a set of bunk beds and a twin bed for a total of 3 occupancy in this room. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, there is an additional TV in this bedroom with cable TV and a DVD player. Nicely updated full bathroom in the hallway. This condo also features, central air, stack washer/dryer, & a private deck. Outside features include 1 off street parking space, shared enclosed shower, & ground level elevator.
