Welcome to this renovated beach condo of 2013, where modern elegance meets coastal charm. As you ascend the stairs to the top floor unit, you're greeted by an open-concept living space, adorned with soft sandy hues and accents of seafoam green, reminiscent of the ocean just beyond the windows.

The living room boasts plush, oversized sofa inviting you to sink in and relax after a day in the sun. A reclaimed wood coffee table sits at the center, adding a touch of rustic warmth to the space. Small dining room table perfect for breakfast is located in the kitchen area. But, don’t eat there. Bar top table that sits four is just outside on the balcony where panoramic views of the ocean inlet and bay stretch out before you, painting the sky with hues of orange and pink as the sun sets. There are also two high back chairs with a table in between that are perfect for morning coffee. The other deck hosts the outdoor grill for easy use by the kitchen. The decks and location of this condo are unmatched. Best views in Strathmere!

The kitchen is just perfect and ready to prepare your post beach day dinners. Both bedrooms have great views and ample light. One is fitted with a bunk bed setup that comfortably sleeps four. The other has a queen bed set and plenty of storage and both have a nice size closet. From the queen bedroom you are able to see the Point and the waves while resting your head on the pillows LITERALLY! Both bedrooms invite you to drift off to sleep to the sound of gentle waves crashing against the shore.

Good location close to the beaches with great views from the deck and walkable to a couple of restaurants with Ocean City and Sea Isle resources just a short drive away. Well appointed property in excellent condition including a nice outdoor shower.

Katherine was an amazing host, who ensured that our stay was perfect in every way! Her communication was excellent and she was quick to respond to any questions that we had. The home was well-furnished, extremely clean, and ideal for our family. When we weren’t spending time on the newly replenished beach, the views of the ocean, the inlet, and the bay from the deck provided an atmosphere that was unmatched. This was definitely an unforgettable vacation for my family of five in Strathmere!

Perfect Respite

Perfect beach getaway

Highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The views from decks were amazing!! Excellent communication from the owner. One short block to the beach. Loved everything about this home and location. Would definitely book this one again.

This top floor rental in Strathmere is well-located on "the Point," close to the beach and bay. It’s a short walk to Sidney’s for coffee and breakfast, La Fontana Del Mare for Italian, and The Deauville. The space is clean with comfortable beds. The front deck offers nice views and the sound of waves, making it a good spot for meals or reading. The owner is responsive and easy to work with. Check-in and check-out are simple, and on-street parking is convenient with spots typically available out front. A great option for a coastal getaway.

Wonderful Get Away

We have been going to OCNJ for years. This little gem is tucked back on a quiet street, with an easy walk to the beach. The hostess was so attentive and always responded to my texts. The place was very neat, clean and well stocked. Temperature control was comfortable. The deck had a great view of the ocean, We sat out every night to eat dinner. It was a perfect 5 day stay! We highly recommend renting! 5 Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Second time I rent a condo, first time, here in Jersey. It was easy for me to rent, well described, very clean and had plenty of “stuff” there that I never thought of.The views were also great, and the location was by Corson’s inlet, a very quiet area of the island. We do plan to revisit next time we're back in Jersey.

It's our favorite spot in the world. The beach, point, and bay are only a block away and your stroll to the Deauville is approximately a 2 min walk.

What makes this property unique

The views from inside and out are unmatched. Once you walk in you won't want to leave. The natural light pours in from every window as the sun moves over the home as the day progresses. Early morning coffee can be enjoyed on either deck and the breeze off the beach and the point a block away is constantly flowing.
