**Expansive Back Deck** Relax with beautiful views and enjoy time with your group. Perfect for dining, lounging, and enjoying the surroundings. Pit boss smoker/grill is also available for use. 

**Firepit Area** Gather around the firepit with seating for 8, firewood provided, and all the fixings for a fun s’mores night. 

**Outdoor Fun** Cornhole, ladder golf, and horseshoes as well as a small movie projector you can take outside to have a movie night by the pool.

**Cozy Front Porch** Plenty of seating and features a comfy swivel egg chair, perfect for curling up with a book and watching one of the beautiful sunsets. 

**Family Friendly Amenities** Highchair, booster seat, 2 pack ‘n plays, sound machine, baby monitor and baby bath provided for little ones. We also have a swing that is available upon request for babies up to 20lbs. Board games, books, and videos available for all ages. 

**Fully Equipped Kitchen** Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for a gourmet meal. Dining table with seating for 10, plus a cute table for two, and bar seating for 4.

**Privacy** We live at the back of the property but provide you complete privacy. You’ll have the entire home to yourselves for a worry-free stay. Our check in process is contactless with keyless entry.

Absolutely no parties, no smoking and no drugs. Marijuana is illegal in the state of Tennessee. Police will be called for illegal activity.
Although our property is located on 7 acres, we do still have neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. No loud noise outside at these times.

This is a wonderful place! The host has made it a warm, welcoming place to stay. The house is in pristine condition and easily accomodates more than one family. We had an incredible stay at the Peaceful Green Acres property! The home was spacious and perfect for our family gathering, with multiple bedrooms so everyone had their own space. The amenities we're beyond anything we could have hoped for - a fabulous pool, cozy fire pit area, and even a movie theater room that we all enjoyed together. The owners thought of absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable, from a fully stocked coffee bar to s'mores supplies, sunscreen, and so many thoughtful extras. The rural setting made it peaceful and private yet, we never felt like we needed to leave because the house had it all.Our family made wonderful memories here, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing well-equipped getaway! Mandy was a fabulous host.

Miss Mandy (host) Extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure to meet your needs. I was also surprised that the day of my check in she was giving me updates in real time about getting the house ready and even allowed to check in hours prior to the actual check in time.
