**Newly remodeled home with all new furniture and decor*. Peaceful home surrounded by lush palms in the heart of Sarasota, Florida. The home is located in Arlington Park minutes away from top-ranked beaches in the US (Siesta/Lido Beach) and fine-dining in downtown Sarasota and South Gate Village.

The neighborhood is a short walk to Arlington Park. The park covers 40 acres, includes a dog park, walking paths and playgrounds. There is also a 50 meter lap pool, 25 yard instructional pool, outdoor basketball and tennis courts and outdoor fitness gym.

Had a lovely stay at Tranquil Gem.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tranquil Gem. The place was very clean, nicely furnished in a residential neighborhood right next to the park. The location is convenient for getting both to Lido and Siesta Key beaches. The owners were very responsive and quick at fixing any issues that encountered.

Spring Training in Paradise!

A beautifully clean, quiet and uncluttered home close to the Oriole’s Spring Training facility, downtown, and the gorgeous gulf beaches. Truly a “tranquil gem! We loved sitting by the screened in pool and patio. Really conducive to hanging out with family and enjoying the sun and swaying palm trees. Sleeps 5 with a private bath for each of the 3 bedrooms

Weekend wedding

I wanted to say we had a great stay. The property manager was very responsive. The property is in a great location of Sarasota and very clean. The only issue we had was the coffee pot was not working and they door dashed us a new one. Would definitely stay again!
