Coral Cliff View is a private home nestled in the amazing vistas of Tom's Canyon. The home is a 1600 square foot, three bedroom, two bath house with spacious two-car garage.

Enjoy the outdoor and indoor pools. The nearby clubhouse has a hot tub, pool table, exercise room and more. Relax on the cozy back patio with incredible views, fire pit and barbecue grill. There's also a nearby private park with playground and pickleball court.

Got young children? We've got a pack-n-play (bring your bedding), a high chair, and dishes for toddlers. We provide these items so your vacation can be more relaxing.

If you're using Kanab as a home base to visit the many nearby national parks and monuments, there are coolers in the house you can borrow so you don't have to bring your own.

This is a single-family home, so you don't have to worry about noisy neighbors. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, with beautiful red rock vistas everywhere you look.

Note that the outdoor pool is closed late fall through early spring.
