Located in Kanab, this holiday home is in the city centre. Little Hollywood Movie Museum and Kanab Heritage Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Grand Staircase–Escalante National Monument and Levi Steward Memorial Park.
Perfect home base for visiting Zion & Bryce Canyon. Quiet neighborhood, clean property, excellent host communication. Wish we could've stayed a few more days.
Kanab was a perfect location for our trip to Zion NP as well as some local hiking. Misty was a perfect host with timely communications and help with the house. Her home was really well equipped for our cook-at-home travel style and very warm and welcoming. Cannot recommend highly enough :-)
Great stay in Kanab. Close to restaurants and hiking trails. Property was spacious and all facilities were as described. East check in and check out processes and Misty was a very responsive and helpful host. Lots of useful information about the local area and nearby national parks.
Misty was an exceptional host, she provided details and updates of Balloons and Tunes, the event we were in town for. She also provided other activities to do. The location was prime and within walking distance of nearly everything we wanted to do in town. The house was cute and clean with a giant tub in the primary bedroom. Thanks for hosting, we will be back!

Nice quaint town, quiet and walkable for shopping and good dining. Very good location for travel to Bryce, Zion and North Ridge of Grand Canyon.
House was spotless, beds were comfortable and kitchen fully equipped.
Outdoor furniture needs new cushions. Groceries were more expensive then the Moab area.
We had 5 - 2 adults and 3 teens. Plenty of space, all of the appliances you need. About 2-3 blocks to the grocery store and downtown area. Easy drives to/from Bryce and Zion. Definitely fit out needs for the 2 nights we were there. Would absolutely stay there again in the future for our next trip to the area.
We came to hike in the Kanab area as well as Cedar Breaks National Monument and more. This was the perfect place. Easy access to all trailheads and to town for shopping. Our interactions with Misty were handled quickly, and we all enjoyed our stay at her home. Plenty of parking, space to move about inside and out, comfortable beds, and so forth. We would love to return for our next Kanab adventure.

Thanks so much, Nancy! I enjoyed messaging with you! :) Come back any time!
The property was great. The instructions were easy to follow and we had a great stay. We thought the original description said there was a hot tub, but there was not. Maybe we read it wrong. Either way, it was a nice property at a good price and we would visit again.
The place was on a quiet street 3 blocks from downtown. It had everything you needed. We cooked steaks on the grill the first night(someone left 2 empty propane tanks, so we filled one up and is still full because we only used it for 10 minutes. hope some one appreciates it). Nice relaxing place to stay. Made you feel right at home. Misty was great

Thank you so much, Jeff! I was happy to reimburse you and I felt so bad that I hadn’t noticed that it was empty. I’m so glad that you enjoyed your stay! Come back any time - thank you for being respectful of our home! :)
The house was very spacious and comfortable. We were walking distance to a grocery store, shops and restaurants. Great living room for watching movies! Well-insulated house - could not even tell it was cold outside. Thank you.
This is the second time we have stayed in this house. The location is a few blocks from town. We walk to the restaurants and visitor center. The area is safe and spotless. The house provides plenty of room. The living areas… kitchen, dining and living rooms provide plenty of space. Having a washer and dryer is also a great convenience.

Thank you so much, Kathy! It was our pleasure to host you again! I am grateful that you chose to stay with us! Please come back any time :)
Myself and sister in laws come to volunteer at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary twice a year. Loved that each bedroom has a TV. We can go to our rooms when we want. Living room TV is HUGE!!! Kitchen is well appointed... Great location, easy check in, never needed to contact host as everything was great. Only thing we would have wanted (which is not the hostes fault) is to bring a dog home for the night. Very good rental and will look into for our September trip.

Air conditioning is essential
Well we never actually stayed there because the air conditioning was not working and the temporary solution was no match for the heat wave. Misty and Dave put us up in the Best Western in Kanab. We were able to continue our vacation with ac and a pool. Verify the state of the ac before you arrive. Misty and Dave are awesome hosts and made sure our trip wasn’t impacted by the ac issue.

Super bad timing with the a/c broken! We felt horrible about it. But Brian and his family were understanding about it. It works now!
Rental was convenient - we could walk to a few restaurants - Sego's was an interesting place to try some new things (highly recommend the elote fritters). Misty was very responsive and helpful - I had all the information we needed to get in and she even helped with info about the area. It was a nice place to serve as base camp. The only note I have for future guests - the master bath has a high step into the tub - so anyone not OK with that should be assigned to the queen bedroom. I had twisted my ankle a few weeks before, so I was aware of this - otherwise, I might not have noticed/cared. But it was a minor thing - great place to stay & great hosts.
My family of 5 had plenty of room. Nice quite neighborhood. Owner replies very fast. Great house. Close to downtown.

Good potential, but not properly prepared for guests
This property has potential to be a great stay, however, It did not smell as though it had been cleaned. It lacked drinkable water. There was A LOT of mold in the washing machine. The dishes were not clean. as we had to wipe out the coffee residue from the "clean" mugs. The towels smelled like mold. The outside area was not usable. That felt a bit like false advertising so entirely that we photographed the area. It was simply a wreck with debris everywhere. We were disappointed. It is an inexpensive stay, so the old adage of "you get what you pay for" applies. We considered asking for the return of our cleaning fee, as only the sheets had properly been done. The twin beds are the only comfortable beds in the home. Mom and Dad slept in the kids room for that reason. The power plunger leaning against the toilet in the master suite is unacceptable. Gross.
