Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please collect dirty linen, including fitted sheet, top sheet, pillowcases, and any other bedding that is visibly soiled. As well as towels and place in laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This is a NO party house! We have a zero tolerance for parties and an expectation to respect quiet hours from 9pm-8am.
The is absolutely no smoking in the house. Smoking of any kind inside the house is forbidden and will result in a minimum of $450 fine.
No glass in the hot tub. There is plastic ware for you to use outside.

From a small town to a small city, I am an ICU nurse and love helping people on their worst day. This has been a delightful experience in helping families and friends enjoy our beautiful space on some of their best days, making wonderful memories!

Why they chose this property

We are conveniently located a mile from the Windsor Mill event center and Lake. We are also just across the street from the new Future Legends sports complex. Being in Windsor, we are a good middle point to most Northern Colorado towns.

What makes this property unique

We have an awesome game room, lots of space to play, laugh and sleep. We also have a very entertaining back yard, loaded with fun from our hot tub and fire pit to the putting green and yard games.
