Very great house layout for groups- lots of space to hang in common area. Basement is pretty large too where the air mattress can go in the bedroom down there, or the hang out space. Kitchen was furnished with cooing needs and location to old town was great as well. thank you!

We rented this property because it was pet friendly and close to Old Town. The pictures of the decks were enticing to us desert dwellers.The layout of the property and furnishings were great for our needs, but in need of some cleaning. We were excited to use the upper deck but disappointed when we discovered that they had not been readied for guests. The large umbrella(which would have been more useful on the lower deck), was laying down in the walkway and impeding the access to plug in the unplugged patio lights. The fire pit had a large dirty cover on that did not fit it and the seating was wet and dirty. The lower deck needed to be washed down and furniture should have been cleaned prior to our arrival. My white shirt was soiled when I sat down the first night in the dark and hadn’t noticed the condition of the furniture.When I reached out for assistance to Stacy, she was condescending and dismissive, and seemed as though I needed to take care of it myself or be inconvenienced by their team coming back.Anytime a property management team tells you “we’re sorry that this didn’t meet your expectations”, beware. They are deflecting from their own responsibility. There is also a stalled construction project in front of the property that is not disclosed in the listing.Overall, nice community with plenty of other rentals available. I personally will not stay at another property managed by this company due to the lack of integrity and professionalism they showed us.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Fort Collins home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured. It felt warm, welcoming, and incredibly well cared for. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the living spaces were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.The location was fantastic—close to Old Town, Colorado State University, restaurants, breweries, and outdoor activities, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood where we could truly unwind. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, from the quality linens and towels to the clear check-in instructions and excellent communication from the host.The host was responsive, friendly, and made the entire experience seamless. It's obvious they take great pride in maintaining the property and ensuring guests have a memorable stay. We've stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this was easily one of our favorites. It had all the comforts of home while still feeling like a special getaway.If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, well-appointed home in Fort Collins, don't hesitate to book this property. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
