The place was very nice, clean and spacious! Loved the three bedrooms and multiple beds in each room so all had their own beds. Great outdoor space to hang out and relax! Host communication was great and helped with needs as needed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth. We booked the property to celebrate my sister 60th birthday in Eureka and we were not disappointed. We were close enough to the shops downtown. I would highly suggest taking a drive out to Beaver Dam. The lake is stunning. Also, be sure to check out the Irish pub next-door. Food was fabulous and the staff was great.

The property was very nice, it's recently updated and has a good layout for entertainment. Deck and hot tub are very nice. One negative...in the evenings people going to the pub next door use the parking spaces at this place. They actually park in the spaces right next to the deck and hot tub, kind of annoying when you are using the hot tub.

It was so nice, close to everything, we loved the hot tub and the massage chair. Some of the ladies just wished there was a TV in the guest rooms. It fit our needs and will stay again. Don't miss the little pub next door, it was great and the food was wonderful

Overall the stay was ok. We didn’t feel like we were prepared to be sleeping below a place of business, which made us feel a little unsafe and we could hear movement from the business above. The public parking below also made us feel unsafe with small children. The trash can was broken, conditioner not full enough to use properly and no can opener. All minor things but figured it was worth you knowing. The couches and rug also felt unclean.

The property was set up for our needs and had everything to make our stay pleasant. From the fire pit having wood, the hot tub and all the kitchen items you would need when you are away from your own home! The bedding in bedrooms were set up perfect for our stay with six people. The icing on the cake was a massage chair that everybody used after a long day of motorcycling in the Ozark Mountains! This location is ideal for those that want to have a great place and in a quiet area. I would highly recommend this place as a stay and also the host was fantastic!

Pros:-Cute remodel-Clean bedrooms and bathrooms -Gaming console-Massage Chair-Nice patio furniture and hot tub-Fans in bedrooms -Convenient location -can see deer in the fields behind the house (lovely!)Cons-Pet stains and dirty furniture, walls, throws, rugs -nowhere for dogs to potty (no grass)-not private parking - guests of area businesses continuously park right outside the door - mostly at night. Making the outdoor area not private at all! Imagine sitting in the hot tub and random strangers pull up just feet away (in the photo, only one vehicle is ours)-spiders/bugs inside (many of them)-mold behind trash can in kitchen -exterior door in master bedroom (unsettling)-never could figure out how trash can worked so we had to take the lid off for the entire stay -Fire pit is a stretch. Dirty chairs on the edge of a cliff. No firewood. -no Saran Wrap or foil in the kitchen. How do you expect a guest to cook and grill, but no way to store leftovers. -no ice in freezer dispenser -under a business, which was fully disclosed, however we didn’t realize there would be stairs leading from the business to the patio area-home right next door, so not private at all. Shocker- guests to that home park in our parking area too. I can’t stress enough how NOT PRIVATE this place is. If you’re looking to relax outdoors in privacy with a nice hot tub and fire pit, this is not the place for you. We will return to Eureka Springs, but will find a better place to stay.

Nice new and clean

Thought of everything and all new items. Not much space to take doggy out to potty. Close to everything and very friendly. We even had cute doggy bed. You can tell that the owners tried to think of every detail. Wonderful place and will stay again. Worth each dollar.

Overall it's a great find. I was skeptical as we drove up to a commercial property but the rental has a private entrance in the back with plenty of parking. It was quiet and provided plenty of room for 6 adults for a weekend. The outdoor space is beautiful but not as private as I assumed from the pictures. You do have another building very close with windows over looking the hot tub. The beds, showers, kitche. were clean but the floor had some remnants from a previous party (fake wig hair was found all over). The kitchen is well stocked and allowed us to make dinner. The little touches like the dog bed (even though we didnt have a dog) and extra towels and throw blankets made it feel homey. Great location close to downtown and VERY quiet. Would stay again.

Clean and cozy but misleading

There was a lot of mixed emotions regarding our stay. I messaged the host before booking and asked if we would be getting the entire house to ourselves since in the description it said "loft" so I wanted to clarify that. The host responded and reassured it would be the entire home and even said it was a stand alone home. Our family arrived to find it was in the same building as a vape shop upstairs. That was a bit disappointing. We still enjoyed our stay and was happy with the cleanliness and communication with the host. We were never bothered by any noise upstairs but wish we would have known before arrival.The location is not the best and although there is a hottub outside in the hang out area, there is no privacy at all. Also no place at all to take your pet to potty. The massage chair was nice and the kids loved the PS5. The beds were also very comfortable. The space inside is not as opened as it seems in the pictures and as advertised. It could have used extra blankets and the cabinets were hard to open. Also the dish washer was difficult to start. The only bedroom that had a TV was the master room. If you are looking to stay right in town then I would recommend. It is nice but does have its cons!
